pictures - tattoo session #1

some folks had asked for pictures - so tonight after I removed the saran and showered up - I took some photos.

a farther away shot - to show the actual size of the area of the finished piece.
the art "on" is only the tail fin of the entire glyph.

close up after a shower. about 1/3 of the design is down.
There is almost no pain at all at this point.
It appears that the pain is mostly 'up front'

and a reminder of the scope of the entire Tlingit/Haida formline glyph

Looks like it is going to be awesome! With the portion they've done, how many more sessions will this take? At least three? Will there be color or will is stay black and white?

three - maybe four? two more outline runs then one maybe two colouring runs. it'll be all black and white
