I got out the photo albums and strolled down memory lane this morning, pictures of when I met Joe Wolf, camped it up with Brett James, cruised Becks Motorlodge with Lance Hecox, when Kateydog was a puppy and when dressed as Ethel Merman in an all Ethel boy/grrl band are all behind a cut.

and finally - the Boy/Girl supergroup ETHEL!! - I was "Mis-Tee"
...this is spring 1998...

Originally designed as a parody of way to silly diva-storm that was "Zipper!" (the actual subgroup from the Seattle Men's Chorus)... it quickly took on a life of it's own - and Ethel!! even appeared on stage at the Seattle Men's Chorus' 25th Anniversary show and performed at GALA in San Jose in 2002. It is still - to this day - some of the MOST fun I've had performing.
