I used to give my ex, John in Idaho (the good ex), loads of shit about using Smart Balance instead of butter. I called it old guy spread - even calling it that on the weekly shopping list. Imagine how I felt this morning when I realized in my new health regimen - what have I been spreading on my toast for about six months? Old guy spread.

it is really disturbing what GOOGLE finds when you try to find "www.oldguyspread.com"...some things however that decidedly ..NOT WORK SAFE.
