ganked from [livejournal.com profile] inbhirnis:

Here is the awesome Obama "Yes We Can" video:

Here is the parody yet frighteningly accurate depiction of the summer/fall debate in American politics; its all going to make me vomit "official" McCain video response:

I spit coffee.

what's frightening about it - is that those are all accurate sound bites. McCain is such a bastard. Ugh!

I'm scared. What happens if Clinton gets the nomination?

I'm so fucking tired of elections that are between the lesser of evils.

Obama is inspiring, eloquent, and an actual uniter.

How sad, that after eight painful years of Bush, McCain doesn't actually look so bad. Kinda in the same way that experiencing surgery with a rusty knife doesn't feel quite as bad as, say, being burned at the stake.

Where's my passport again...?

My fear is that McCain (if elected) would do much more damage than Bush because he's a rather smart conservative. The thought of paying for a military occupation of Iraq for 100 years - or his feelings on gay rights - or having him appoint the next few replacements on teh Supreme Court. It's going to be a depressing hard political season

I saw these both today...Obama is king of new media. I love the reactions in the McCain one.

Thank you so much for that John McCain one. I laughed my ass off. Of course, most of my family is voting for him. Myself....Hillary all the way.

Interesting to note that Obama's brief TV campaign ads in Northern Cal included a fairly long close-up of a dude with a beard.

Then he made an ad in another state that featured another close-up of a dude with a beard.

Any bean counter will tell you, you DON'T put bearded dudes in TV commercials unless they're bikers ready to kill someone.

Bottom line: Obama=Beard Friendly, and he doesn't listen to bean counters. That's 100% in my book!

Here's another one for the collection.

Oh, dear - so NOT cool! These videos certainly capture the differences between the candidates, don't they?! :-)
