return of the dog park......

thoreauthis morning the duboce park next to my home reopened. they put up some pretty fencing - put in a couple of water fountains (with the doggy level water "dish" attachment). Lots of "important" neighborhood leaders talking on and on and on about what an achievement this is for the neighborhood. $200,000 later - and five MONTHS later - we have our park back. When I go out for morning walkies tomorrow - I'll take some photos of the new lay of the land.
had breakfast with Mr. Poelzl this morning - we agreed over pancakes that men are just like pancakes - all delicious when they are fresh and fluffy - but when they are all sogged down with too much butter and syrup they are pretty disgusting. LOL!
off to a haircut with Everett at Razors on 18th - then Tom and his housemates are premiering their hottub. so much to do!
