Men's Health magazine is one of the few nontravel or food related mags I subscribe to. in fact, I subcribe to:
  • Men's Health
  • Fine Cooking
  • The Economist
  • and Smithsonian

I just wish Men's Health were a little less "20 great ways to fuck your woman" oriented. in between the great diet and workout tips? there is just way too much heterosterone for my taste.
How about BIG OLE FAGGOT HEALTH.

Is there a gay version of Men's FUCKYOURGIRLFRIENDNOWINTHESENINENEWPOSITIONS Health?

Now THAT'S pornography I can relate to. Both my bathrooms have stacks of AD for the casual reader.

I once subscribed to Exercise for Men Only, but mostly for the pictures. I used to get the Economist too. It really is an interesting slant on things.

Thank you for introducing the word 'heterosterone' into my day. It's been filed away for future use.

Same here with that magazine. Even if it weren't specifically gay oriented, I'd be happier with it--something less steeped in mainstream male cliches.

there was a good attempt maybe 10 years ago titled "Urban Fitness" but I think it failed after just a few issues.

I know just what you mean about Men's Health. I've often though about writing them and asking, hey guys...would you throw your gay readers a bone (if you will) and toss in an article about the finer points of giving great head?

Bravo! on the Economist. Regular reader here. But I totally agree re: Men's Health. I have no desire to learn the 10 secret places to touch her to drive her wild.

I agree. I usually pick up a copy at the airport if I don't have a book and always think "what a great magazine, I wish they would do a gay column/issue/publication." I actually have a friend who works for them as...wait for it...chief model editor. Yep, he is the one who picks ALL the models for all the photos. Talk about a horrible job...
"Ok...I need a 6'3" blond with amazing biceps for this article. Please send over 15 for me to look at..."

I read Men's Health when they first started publishing. It seemed to me that the heterosterone articles were a band-aid for the fact that the rest of the mag was GAY GAY I'm so into my body aren't you? GAY!
