I HAZ APARTMENT!

I just rented a new apartment! I rented a studio on the 26th floor of the Fox Plaza building in Hayes Valley. It has a 200 degree view up Market to the Pride Flag, down upon City Hall, Symphony Hall, The Opera house and across to the Golden Gate Bridge. It's almost $500 less in rent than I'm paying now - and just enough room.... I'm so excited! no roommate! Just me and Miss Kate - and the lovely David on alternate weekends! I can't believe it - it was a special move in incentive - - and I scored an insane low rent!

AND I HAVE A BALCONY WITH A WORLD-CLASS SAN FRANCISCO VIEW!!!

AND I CAN GET HOME ON LUNCH HOUR AND WALK MISS KATE....

Being a regular goer to the Symphony and Opera - now I can walk to performances - and all the great restaurants and shopping in Hayes Valley will now be two blocks away.

I get the keys on Tuesday - and will move in over Memorial Day weekend.

I am so incredible stoked! Katey and I are secure and set up!! (snap!)
