Okay - inspired by coreyblank's 30 smiles posts - here's my twist. I am going to write a short story a week for 30 weeks. Yeah - you heard me, thirty short stories. From now until the end of the year - one short story a week. Of course, they'll be rough - and of course, they won't be "finished" when I post them - but - here's the trick. I will write a short story based on a 50 word or less premise ya'll will comment on this post. It's easy - think about it, then comment with a 50 word or less premise for a 1000 word short story. No subject is too taboo - no subject is too wierd. I mean - thats why authors research right? so - start hitting me up - and then I'll sort and publish a schedule - starting on June 2nd. :) Hit me with your best shot.

Let's make the day gloomy and raining which matches your frame of mind and spirit. I'll leave it open to you what is the source of this mood and how you happen to find yourself at Walden's Pond.
