food poisoning.....

woke up at 3am - that kind of food poisoning ill. Barely made it to the bathroom in time - and have been being sick for a the last hour or so. there is no worse feeling that this kind of ill. it's violent, sudden and intense. yuck.

I had chili from a favorite restaurant downtown... but I was feeling 'rough around the edges' from noontime on - so I'm thinking its from a roaster chicken place by the new apartment. I thought it was safe because I asked for it to be cooked fresh - but apparently not. That little establishment is officially off thelist. I made a total mess of myself last night. :(

i'm real tired and have that "ache" everywhere.... but I'm at work because there are deadlines in every direction. (ugh) The scale says I lost 6 pounds overnight - - maybe I've discovered a new diet plan!

The best one I've had is the "Onset of Diabetes" diet. I lost around 30 pounds in 3-4 months while eating all and anything I wanted! I was also really, really near being in a coma too! I just thought I was not feeling well. Ah, the joy of HIV meds and doctors who don't tell you all the possible side effects or symptoms to watch for. (I have a much better doctor and meds now.)
