bootedintexas) and I caught up - since he was in Houston where the hurricane came through. It was pretty much done by mid morning - but the damage is apparently pretty severe. But DTP and Drew have lots of frozen goodies to eat, lots of juice - and apparently - are going to have to learn patience. Their generator has proved unreliable. But DTP and Drew are on higher ground and didn't flood (unlike a mall that is apparently a river)... but he said "trees in the front yard snapped at about three feet and are literally just gone". But he is in good spirits - but sounded tired. I bet everyone in Houston - that is dry and safe post storm are going to sleep really well tonight.
