thoreauThe onslaught of incredibly negative angry emails at me personally over KDFC and KOIT running the "Yes on 8" advertising has been something to behold. Someone was sweet enough to post my personal email address on their blog - and call me a "traitor to the gay community" - and telling me how disappointed they are that I apparently learned nothing from my days as a political lobbyist and activist for gay rights in Idaho. (1999 to 2006) I received nearly 100 emails in the last couple of hours - to my personal email account - I'm glad so many people have time to sit down and write me angry letters - based on information on someone's blog.
Some of them including "now that you are back from your fancy train vacation paid for by corporate interests who are whores for hate speech money" - which is a nice touch.
Too bad queers can't sit down and write a check to No on 8 - but can take the time write me a quick angry e-mail based FUCK YOU.
Turning off the internet for now. bye bye.
If you posted my email to your blog - call off your dogs please - and thanks for supplying form letters to all your friends about what a deplorable waste of a person I am - that is really appreciated.
