F.F.F.F. 2008 (and looking into 2009)

thoreauIn May of this last year - David and I created the FFFF - the Fine Food Feeding Frenzy Group. The goal was for each member of the group to find an affordable yummy restaurant in San Francisco.
Here is our list from 2008:
1) Alamo Square Seafood Grille (Seafood and Steak)
2) Alice's Restaurant (Chinese)
3) Brick (foofy American food)
4) Old Krakow (Polish)
5) Schnitzelhaus (sausage cooked baziilion ways w/beer)
6) Wayo Sushi (Sushi!)
7) Darbar (Indian)
We had so much fun with this group - and now that all eight of us have the swing of it? it's going to be even more awesome.
All of these restaurants were relatively inexpensive - often offering a delicious trip into ethnic foods. The great thing about the members of FFFF is that they are open-minded about food and ready to take on something new.
Maybe some of you in other cities might start FFFF groups in your cities and post the results in 2009!
