rlegters and his hubby Troy (tdjohnsn) at the Conservatory of Flowers in San FranciscoYesterday I had the great pleasure of lunching with Ron and Troy. Ron and I sang with the men's chorus in Seattle far too long ago (15 years ago? yikes!) and well between my moving to Boise and such - we hadn't seen each other in a very long time. We had lunch at OUT THE DOOR by Bloomingdales downtown - even finding a gluten free entree for Todd. (points!) They then came by the muffin penthouse to meet Miss Kate - and I gave them a ride out to Golden Gate Park so they could tool around a bit.
Ron and I, of course, have had whole new lifetimes since the last time we saw one another. But he does read my blog (bless his little heart) and it was great to finally meet Troy - whom he celebrates his 13th anniversary with this summer. They are so much fun - and great folks. and of course, cult members with Puddletown Squares.
