friends all around the world. One shared morning addiction: LATTE!
combo of several photoshopped sketches. the flavorgasm steam whirls
are a custom brush in illustrator. I loves me some quiet morning
design work with college football playing in the background!

another win at golden produce...

This morning - I stopped by and picked up all my favorite hummus fixings... and they had
2 cloves garlic—roughly chopped
¼ cup lemon juice
¼ cup water
a 14 oz can of chickpeas (garbanzo beans)— rinsed and drained
½ cup tahini
1 teaspoon sea salt
and today's surprise - - - two tablespoons of red hot spicy red pepper jelly!
OMG FLAVORGASM - not only does my house smell delicious - but my tummy is full and my mouth is still tingling from the garlicky spicyness. I ate it on toast with fresh tomatoes. and lots of ground black pepper. The tahini paste was also an interesting addition - since it's a paste made from sesame seeds.

The orca killer whale.
the red circle in this art - is where my nipple will go in the design.
the artwork is the Haida Orca/KillerWhale - following the legend that it's the "thunderbird of the sea" so the dorsal fin is the face of the Thunderbird.
We'll do a 2 hour session to get the outline done on Tuesday the 18th - and if I can take the discomfort - he says he may go right on and finish. We'll see.
