I'm off to a class at Gold's described as "A motivating mix of total body weight training synchronized to groovy grooves. Reshapes every major muscle group in your body ...FAST!" I might not live to see 8pm. Wish me luck...

Supersculpt is the AWESOME! The class had about 20 folks - and you had a step class bench with four heights on it. and we did every single muscle group with slow three-four count lifts and lowers for 20-30 reps each. She concentrated on form and doing it RIGHT - and getting the maximum out of things. We hit it HARD for the full 60 minutes. That class is so staying in my repertoire! Michael Golden is going to love the maximum glamour of this class when he gets back from Square Dance week.
